BONATERM ® AS adhesive is intended primarily for the automotive industry for repair operations - sticking foams, textiles and wood-based materials, as well as natural and some synthetic leathers with each other and sheet metal. BONATERM ® AS glue can also be used in the furniture industry for gluing leather and textile upholstery elements as well as for gluing chipboards, plywood, fibreboards, veneers, HPL / CPL / GPR laminates with each other as well as with fabrics, wood, metals, felt. , rubber, hard foams. We recommend that you carry out your own tests to determine suitability for your application.
Directions for use:
The glue should be mixed well before use. The temperature of the glue, glued materials and the room cannot be lower than 15 ° C. Apply the glue once on both glued surfaces with a pneumatic gun or putty knife. On absorbent materials, such as fabrics, leathers, apply to both glued surfaces twice, the second time 20 minutes after applying the first layer. Then connect the glued elements and press firmly and evenly. Use BONAROS AS for cleaning and washing devices and tools as well as for possible dilution of the adhesive. In case of insufficient adhesion to aluminum, steel, polypropylene, polyethylene and other plastics, use the BONAROS 3ME or BONAROS EVA PRIMER primer (primer) according to separate instructions.
