BONAKOL40
BONAKOL® 40 is an adhesive based on special grades of polychloroprene and resins with certain stabilisers and modifiers, which makes it particularly useful for bonding steel and aluminium sheets with rubber. USE: BONAKOL® 40 adhesive is mainly used for bonding steel and aluminium sheets to rubber and other materials. The temperature of the materials to be bonded must not be less than 18oC. Mix thoroughly. The surfaces of the materials to be bonded must be dry and free from contamination. The surfaces to be bonded shall be sanded, dusted and cleaned with petrol before bonding and then dried. Apply the adhesive evenly on both surfaces with a stiff brush and dry for about 20 minutes. Bring the two elements to be bonded together and press firmly (press if technical conditions exist) with a force of at least 0,3 MPa for 5-10 minutes.
